CastellPlaya apartment is set in a prestigious development of privately owned apartments situated on the beach, all with a lovely sea-view.  Set within landscaped gardens with palm trees is a large lagoon style swimming pool, showers, disabled toilets and first aid block.  The pool is from the beginning of June until the mid September.  Life guards are on duty when the pool is open. The pool area is for residents and guests only, and is surrounded by palm trees, grass flower beds and is situated next to the beach.  

There is access to the beach via gates opened by key or via intercom linked to the apartment. There are no roads between the apartment building and the beach, making it peaceful and safe. A porter resides within the building and there is a night time security guard.

The building is suitable for elderly & disabled residences & also push-chairs. Lifts, slopes and steps are situated throughout the complex. Fire extinguishers and motion sensor lighting are located on each hallway.

A basket ball court, a padel court and table tennis table are located directly behind the building. On the beach directly outside the apartment there is a children’s climbing frame, with slide and exercise machines.

The apartment has an open plan living area with two separate bedrooms and a bathroom. Marble floors and air-conditioning throughout. The apartment has its own private underground parking space, included in the price of the rental.
