  • The cottage will be cleaned & the bed made with fresh bed linen prior to your arrival
  • Electricity heating & water
  • All bed linen
  • Use of bath & hand towels during your stay
  • End of stay clean, should the cottage be left in an unacceptable condition, an extra cleaning charge will be taken from the damage deposit
Travel insurance is not included in the price

Terms & Conditions : 25% Deposit - Balance Due 8 Weeks before Arrival - Payment by Bank Transfer.  £100 refundable damage deposit payable on arrival.
